Job Description:

About the Job We are seeking a detail-oriented AP Analyst. This role will be responsible for invoice entry, vendor review and maintenance, account reconciliations, issue resolution, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The ideal candidate is not only comfortable handling daily AP functions, but also brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and enjoys improving processes. The ideal candidate MUST be proficient with Excel, including functions such as V look ups, pivot tables and SUM If Formulas. Responsibilities Enter and process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently Review and maintain vendor records within the system Create and prepare files for system uploads Assist with account reconciliations and related research Troubleshoot and resolve accounts payable issues, including vendor inquiries Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance workflow and accuracy Support ongoing AP operations and assist with additional disbursement and expense-related tasks as needed
