Accounts Payable Associate

Accounts Payable Associate We are seeking a detailed and proactive Accounts Payable Associate to join our team at our Milford office. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sage X3 and be comfortable processing invoices with three way matching along with supplier communications.

Responsibilities:

Timely and accurate processing of AP invoices Perform vendor statement reconciliations Maintain scanned invoice documentation Investigation of invoice discrepancies Proactively work with Buyers and inventory Suppliers to maintain accuracy of Purchase Clearing Account Other Projects as assigned such as audit support, AR collections, maintenance of tax exempt certificates

Requirements:

Pay Range:

 $40,000 - $45,000 per year
