$27.01/hour Position Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support our financial operations in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. This Accounts Payable role is responsible for processing vendor invoices within corporate ERP systems while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments. The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset are essential, as this position supports internal business partners and vendors throughout the full procure‑to‑pay cycle. Key Responsibilities Work with vendors and internal business units to resolve discrepancies in a timely, customer‑focused manner Monitor invoice processing and ensure timely payments Complete new vendor setup and verification Maintain accurate recordkeeping of purchases for tax preparation and audits Track receipt of data and source documents Monitor and report changes in payment standards Prepare, sort, and interpret source documents for data entry Contact document preparers to resolve inconsistencies, missing information, or questions Perform data entry in the Accounts Payable system, apply correct coding, verify accuracy, and make necessary corrections Support process improvements within the procure‑to‑pay workflow Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in Accounts Payable or related financial operations Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills Professional, dependable, and customer‑focused Experience with ERP systems preferred Familiarity with standard Accounts Payable processes and internal controls

Pay:

$27.01 - $30.00 per hour
