Accounts Payable Clerk

Job DescriptionJob Description The Accounts Payable Clerk plays a critical role in managing and processing invoices and payments within the organization. Primarily responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payment to vendors, this position involves data entry, expense tracking, and compliance monitoring. The clerk reports directly to the Regional Director of Operations and handles a monthly volume of 100-500 invoices, utilizing specialized accounting software.
