Accounts Payable Clerk - Full-time Hours & Local to the SGV! An Auto Parts company is looking for a new Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team!

Essential Duties:

Match all invoices to purchase orders and receivers Data entry Issue field checks to area offices Process credit applications Mail and track W-9 request Mail minority business forms Numerical filing of vouchers for two companies Get signatures for check run and then separate checks. Why Apply?: Full-time hours - The schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch. or 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a 30 min lunch Pay rate is $20 - $25.00 Great for those looking to stay local to the Pasadena, San Gabriel, Rosemead, Arcadia areas
