Accounts Payable Coordinator 3001 Keith Street NW, Cleveland, TN 37312 Full-time Full-time Accounts Payable Coordinator Life Care Legal & Risk Services Position Summary Job description This is an on-premises position that assists the Risk Manager in the financial administration of liability claims filed against Life Care Centers of America and its affiliated entities and provides insurance related administrative support to facilities and corporate departments in accordance with all laws, regulations, and LCCA standards. Reports to the Risk Manager. This is not a remote position. Education and Experience Must have high school diploma. Some college preferred. Must have 3+ years of office/administrative experience. Prior financial (accounting/bookkeeping) experience preferred. Specific Requirements Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy. Must be professional, demonstrating high standards and integrity. Must be able to multi-task. Must maintain confidentiality of all activities of department. Must work as a team player in conjunction with other corporate departments and facilities. Must understand and follow company policies including harassment and complaint procedures. General Responsibilities and Essential Functions Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, and move intermittently during working hours. Must practice dependable, regular attendance. Prepare and process insurance and Legal & Risk Services check requests Process invoices in TyMetrix 360, Image Now, and Lawson from Outside Defense firms and other vendors Provide assistance and support to Litigation Team in the settlement process (i.e. obtaining documents, preparing settlement check requests, etc.) Process expense reports from Legal & Risk associates Process insurance premium invoices Assist Risk Manager with annual review and preparation of 1099 forms for vendors. Provide administrative support to Risk Services team and department Calendar all Time Off Requests for Legal & Risk Services associates and provide monthly count of vacation days to Legal & Risk management Must be able to concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment. Must be able to communicate and function in an interdisciplinary team. Must be able to develop positive relationships within the company.
