What You'll Do Accounts Payable & Bookkeeping Process, verify, and reconcile vendor and subcontractor invoices Allocate expenses to correct jobs, phases, and cost centers Match invoices to POs, work orders, and packing slips Prepare weekly check runs and electronic payments Maintain accurate ledgers, digital records, and required documentation Manage sales tax reporting and vendor compliance files Subcontractor Administration Maintain COIs, W‑9s, licenses, and safety certifications Track expiration dates and request updated documents Verify subcontractor eligibility before job assignment Administrative Support Assist with phones, lead sheets, and customer communication Manage petty cash and documentation CAT (Storm Event) Support Take calls and enter leads during high‑volume CAT events Provide estimated job costs with clarity and empathy Work outside normal hours during major storm periods What You Bring 3+ years of AP, bookkeeping, or financial operations experience Strong understanding of AP workflows and job costing High accuracy, organization, and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and accounting/ERP systems Experience in construction, restoration, or insurance‑driven environments preferred Work Environment Fast‑paced office, especially during storm seasons Frequent collaboration with field teams and Project Managers Prolonged computer use; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs

Pay:

$21.00 - $28.00 per hour
