Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist for a 3-6 month temporary assignment. This role supports daily accounts payable operations in a fast-paced environment and plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices. Key Responsibilities Process supplier invoices and enter data accurately into the accounting/ERP system Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices and expense documentation Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve invoice discrepancies Maintain organized accounts payable records and supporting paperwork Review and respond to incoming email and mail related to accounts payable Prepare spreadsheets and basic reports using Microsoft Excel File and maintain AP documentation in an orderly and compliant manner Provide support to other accounting functions as needed Assist with additional duties as assigned to support the accounting team Competencies & Qualifications Prior accounts payable or invoice processing experience required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Pay Details:
