• Inventory Financing Specialist.

Pay:

DOE (Depends on Experience) Key Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices and match them to purchase orders and receiving reports
• Process ACH, check, and wire payments accurately and on time
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
• Coordinate inventory financing payments and track repayments
• Record inventory purchases accurately in the general ledger
• Assist with inventory counts and ensure valuation accuracy
• Maintain organized accounts payable records and supporting documentation Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
