Accounts Payable Specialist Key Responsibilities:

• Match purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices
• Voucher invoices and process vendor payments
• Support day-to-day AP operations in a high-volume environment
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing
• Assist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications:

• Prior accounts payable or accounting support experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fully onsite environment in Holliston
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Must live within roughly 30 minutes of Holliston; client will not consider long commutes #
