Job Description:

We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join a manufacturing company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys moderate-volume AP , is comfortable with expense and credit card reconciliations , and is flexible enough to support across accounting functions as needed. Key Responsibilities Process moderate volume Accounts Payable , including invoice entry, coding, and vendor payments Perform expense report and corporate credit card reconciliations Reconcile AP-related accounts and resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end close activities as assigned Provide support to AR, payroll, or reporting functions when needed Collaborate closely with the Accounting Manager and accounting team Maintain accurate documentation and support internal controls Support process improvements and ad hoc accounting projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Solid experience in Accounts Payable within a small or mid-sized organization Hands-on experience with expense and credit card reconciliations Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team environment Detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to assist beyond core AP duties Accounting system experience (ERP or accounting software); QuickBooks or similar preferred Why This Role Exposure beyond AP in a well-rounded accounting role Close partnership with accounting leadership Opportunity to grow skills across multiple accounting areas Team-oriented environment where flexibility and collaboration matter
