This role oversees recruiting operations across Washington, Oregon, and Northern California, while also leading the broader Southwest Talent Acquisition team. You will partner closely with operations leadership to forecast hiring needs, build scalable recruiting programs, and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience while meeting aggressive hiring targets. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional recruiting team Provide leadership and oversight for recruiting operations across Washington, Oregon, and Northern California, while leading the broader Southwest team Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, hourly roles across multiple locations Partner with operations leaders on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and hiring strategies Design and implement scalable recruiting processes to improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost efficiency Manage and optimize sourcing strategies, including job boards, community outreach, referrals, and hiring events Oversee the candidate experience from application through onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging process Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates, etc.) to drive continuous improvement Ensure recruiting practices align with company standards and applicable employment laws Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent in competitive markets Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure seamless new hire transitions Travel as needed based on business needs Successfully complete an extensive pre-employment screening process Qualifications 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in talent acquisition or recruiting Proven success managing high-volume, multi-site recruiting operations, preferably supporting hourly workforces Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, recruiting tools, and applicant tracking systems Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve recruiting performance Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
