Job Description
Since 1970, Arrow Homes is proud to provide custom homes to builders and home owners in our area. This position is in office in Merritt, MI. People outside driving distance do not apply. We are looking for someone who is committed to staying with our company long term. Dependability, organization, communication and positive attitude is essential as well as working with a team in a professional manner. This role is essential in keeping our office running smoothly and supporting our sales, accounting, and project management staff. Key Responsibilities Daily Support Answer phones, direct messages, and greet guests professionally. Process paperwork, match invoices to delivery tickets, and enter data into QuickBooks. Prepare contracts, change orders, option sheets, and purchase agreements. Monitor sales emails, send e-sign documents, and track signed returns. Maintain job statements with change orders and payments. Weekly & Monthly Tasks Prepare and update collection sheets for weekly meetings. Input timecard data and assist with payroll entries. Match invoices to vendor statements and reconcile receipts with credit card statements. Print job ledgers, update cost sheets, and assist with closing jobs. Support HR with new employee insurance packets and maintain the company price book. Annual & As-Needed Duties Assist with inventory pricing twice a year. Organize and archive files at year-end. Open new job files and prepare supervisor/customer folders. Send thank-you letters and warranty packets to customers. Order office supplies and coordinate port-a-jon scheduling for job sites. Handle copies, filing, and legal file organization. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
