Job Description

Accounts Payable Specialist Hourly :
$21–$23/hr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process vendor invoices, including accurate entry and coding within the accounting system
  • Review and process employee credit card receipts and ensure proper expense coding and documentation
  • Assist with weekly check runs and payment processing including ACH and checks
  • Maintain accounts payable reports, vendor records, and assist with reconciliations
  • Communicate with vendors and internal field teams to resolve invoice and payment issues
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of accounting or accounts payable experience preferred
