• Provide sales and customer support, including order entry, expediting, quoting, restocking, and troubleshooting
• Process custom orders and manage customerspecific inquiries
• Coordinate with Engineering, Warehouse, and Sales teams to resolve questions and issues
• Accurately enter and maintain order information in internal systems
• Use
• Outlook, Excel, and SAP
• to support daily operations
• Assist with service issues and transactional addon requests
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Required Qualifications
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn technical product information
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Typing speed of 45 WPM

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or order entry experience Training & Career Development

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $23.21 - $23.21/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
