Accounts Payable/Financial Analyst - Automotive

Summary Privately Owned Tier I Automotive Supplier is seeking a qualified, motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Accounts Payable Manager/Financial Analyst. As part of our team, you will be responsible for all Accounts Payable, while also supporting Senior Management and Sales with financial and sales reporting, and various administrative (analytical) tasks. You will also work closely with Operations on supplier and customer related functions. Our preferred candidate has a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or extensive bookkeeping experience and has tenure in the Automotive industry. We strongly prefer candidates with 3 or more years of experience in a relevant work environment. Duties and Responsibilities Create and manage all Accounts Receivable activities, including collections. Manage, review, and track all new Customer Purchase Orders and Sales Folders. Prepare and review program job costing reports. Assist Senior Management with various analytical tasks, general financial reporting, and basic accounting functions. Support Sales in informational requests including presentations. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting preferred. Three or more years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable or bookkeeping. Basic financial analytical skills with a general understanding of standard accounting practices. Proficient in Excel - XLOOKUP, PivotTable, and SUMIF. Detail oriented, organized, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with automotive industry financial systems. Works well with others. Self-Motivated. Experience with ERP systems.

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
