COPY LINK link Accounts Receivable / Customer Service Specialist - Job Description Adecco is partnering with a client in New Windsor NY and is seeking a accounts payable/customer service candidate. This rolebines financial responsibilities with customer interaction, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers while providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time Process iing payments and them to the correct accounts Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts Communicate with customers regarding billing questions, payment status, and discrepancies Resolve invoice or payment issues in a professional and timely manner Reconcile accounts receivable records and maintain accurate documentation Provide general customer support via phone, email, or chat Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth billing and service operations
Qualifications:
1-3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or customer service Strong attention to detail andanizational skills Excellentmunication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) Basic understanding of accounting principles Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
Pay Details:
