$22-$24 and hour with weekly pay on

• Posting daily collections and financial transactions into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintaining accurate accounts receivable files for new and existing customers, facilitating smooth operations.
• Reviewing A/R aging reports for management, highlighting overdue accounts and collection priorities to support decision-making.
• Supporting the reconciliation of A/R subledger to the general ledger and assisting with audit requests as needed.
• Sending weekly billing statements and other key communications to clients, fostering strong relationships.
• Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and support. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 5+ years of accounts receivable collection experience, showcasing your expertise in the field.
• Possess strong organizational skills with a willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, enabling efficient data management and communication.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers regarding delinquent accounts.
• Can work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
