Shop Foreman

• Job Overview
• We are seeking a skilled Shop Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Trailer Repair and be able to oversee the day-to-day operations at our shop.
• Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise 12-15 mechanics
• Maintain an accurate part inventory
• Ability to move trailers in/out of shop or around yard
• Problem Solving Ability
• Experiecne working on, repairing, and inspecting trailers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Ability to train less experienced employees
• Ability to lead a team effectively
• Perform in bound and out bound inspections to ensure that work was done accurately
