Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Processing Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and timely. Post customer payments (ACH, wire, check, credit card) into accounting system. Reconcile daily cash receipts to bank deposits. Apply payments to appropriate accounts and resolve discrepancies. Collections & Customer Account Management Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts. Communicate professionally with customers regarding payment status. Investigate and resolve billing disputes in collaboration with Sales and Operations. Escalate high-risk accounts to Controller. Reconciliation & Reporting Perform monthly AR sub-ledger reconciliation to general ledger. Assist with month-end closing activities. Prepare AR aging reports and cash forecasting inputs. Maintain documentation for audit purposes. Corporate monthly reporting Compliance & Internal Controls Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records in compliance with internal and external audit requirements. Protect confidential financial and customer information. Support segregation of duties and fraud prevention practices. Qualifications Education and Experience Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. High school diploma required. 1-3 years of accounts receivable or accounting experience preferred. Manufacturing environment experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred). Experience with ERP systems Basic understanding of GAAP principles. Strong data entry accuracy. Compensation Information:
