Your expertise will help streamline revenue cycle processes, improve cash flow, and enhance client satisfaction. The primary responsibility of this position is to: Ensure that claims submitted to a third-party Administrator are processed and paid. You will be required to review and resubmit all unpaid and denied claims. Where appropriate, unpaid claims should be appealed until paid. Reconcile paid claims to billed amounts on a semi-monthly basis. Research, document, and resolve underpayments and billing discrepancies. Proactively contact Social Services agencies one month before an authorization's expiration date to determine if it will be renewed or if services will be discontinued. If services are discontinued, notify the appropriate team members and providers. The position demands an extraordinary level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.

Pay:
