Acquatics Lead Elite Sports Clubs - 3.2 Glendale, WI Job Details Full-time 8 hours ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications CPR Certification Customer communication Lifeguard Training First Aid Certification Lifeguard Certification AED Certification Full Job Description Aquatics Lead (Full-Time) - Milwaukee Elite Sports Clubs - Brookfield is hiring a full-time Aquatics Lead to lead and oversee our aquatics department. This role is responsible for the daily operations, staffing, training, and growth of our aquatics programming — including group swim lessons, private lessons, and lifeguard services — while maintaining a safe, high-quality experience for members and families. Key Responsibilities Department Leadership & Operations Oversee day-to-day aquatics operations, ensuring safety, organization, and consistency across programming Lead a team of swim instructors and lifeguards, including staffing, scheduling, and coverage planning Maintain department standards for service, safety, and facility readiness Program Oversight & Curriculum Manage and grow group swim lesson and private lesson programs Oversee swim lesson curriculum implementation and quality control Support instructor development and ensure consistent teaching and progression across levels Communicate clearly with parents regarding placement, progress, and program expectations Training & Staff Development Train, onboard, and develop all aquatics staff Coordinate regular in-service trainings, evaluations, and ongoing coaching Ensure all staff certifications remain current and compliant Safety & Facility Management Ensure pool operations meet local health and safety standards Maintain documentation for certifications, incidents, and pool-related compliance Partner with facilities/maintenance to keep the aquatics center clean, functional, and member-ready Administrative & Business Management Monitor department performance, staffing needs, and lesson enrollment trends Manage aquatics supplies, equipment purchasing, and budget needs Provide exceptional customer service while resolving member concerns in a professional manner Qualifications Aquatics leadership experience (preferred) Experience teaching swim lessons and managing staff strongly preferred Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications required (or ability to obtain quickly) LGI/WSI certifications are a plus Perks & Benefits Complimentary access to Elite Sports Clubs facilities across Milwaukee-area locations Complimentary family membership Competitive compensation package including benefits Professional development and advancement opportunities Supportive team environment and a strong, member-focused culture C9pKfswlO9
