Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate billing,, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your expertise in financial concepts, accounting software, and negotiation will be vital to supporting our revenue cycle management and overall financial health.
Duties:
Key Responsibilities Process customer invoices and apply incoming payments accurately Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts Communicate with customers regarding billing questions and payment status Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the accounting system Prepare monthly sales tax report Identify and resolve sales tax errors Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve account issues Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred 1-3 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft and accounting software Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Why Join Us?
