```Job Summary``` We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales professional to join our team. As a Sales representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth through developing new accounts and maintaining existing customer relationships. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to effectively position our products in the market ```Experience```
• Preferred, but not required for the right individual
• Proven experience in boat sales, outside sales, or other sales field
• Strong knowledge of the market and industry trends
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
