Job Description:

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an ACH Operations Specialist I for a top financial services client. This individual will support the daily processing of electronic ACH transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with NACHA rules and applicable banking regulations. The role is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to grow within banking operations. You'll collaborate with internal teams, external banking partners, and clients to resolve transaction issues while helping maintain smooth, reliable payment processing in a fast-paced operations environment. Day to

Day:

Process and balance daily ACH transactions and files Perform data entry, file maintenance, and transaction processing Review documents and data for accuracy and compliance Handle ACH client disputes and provide client support Conduct Level 1 issue research and resolution Respond to internal and external phone inquiries Escalate issues and assist with reporting as needed Coordinate with vendors to resolve system issues Manage daily workflows and ACH processing cut-off times Assist with special projects such as conversions, releases, or disaster recovery efforts

Compensation:

Up to $18/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
