Acid Washing- 3rd Shift

Position Summary:

Wausau Tile is seeking motivated and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Acid Room & Booth Operators . This role is responsible for safely operating equipment to acid etch and wash products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to work independently or with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Loading the

Acid Room & Booth:

Operate a forklift to transport products to the acid room/booth per production schedules. Coordinate with shift teams for smooth workflow and product handling.

Acid Etching & Washing:

Set up and operate acid etching and washing equipment. Adjust settings based on product specifications. Wear required PPE, including powered air-purifying respirator, for safety.

Product Staging:

Move products to staging areas for further processing or storage.

General Maintenance & Clean-Up:
