Job Description:

Real Estate Acquisitions & Asset Management Analyst Shamah Properties - Edison, NJ Shamah Properties is seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our growing multifamily real estate team. This position combines acquisitions, underwriting, asset onboarding, and ongoing asset performance tracking. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, entrepreneurial, and able to think critically in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Underwrite and analyze multifamily acquisition opportunities
• Work with brokers, lenders, and interested equity partners
• Analyze emerging markets and investment opportunities
• Assist with sourcing new acquisition opportunities
• Support due diligence, contract, financing, and closing processes
• Coordinate onboarding of newly acquired assets into company systems and operations
• Track property performance post-closing including budgets, cash flow, leasing, and operational metrics
• Assist with budget reviews, financial analysis, and portfolio reporting
• Support asset management and operational initiatives across the portfolio

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management, finance, or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Multifamily real estate experience a plus

Compensation:

Salary range of $80,000-$100,000 plus opportunity for bonuses based on performance and acquisitions activity. This position offers direct exposure to acquisitions, operations, asset management, and senior leadership within a vertically integrated multifamily real estate company.
