Job Responsibilities Include:

Caring for the residents by showing passion for planning fun activities. Helping with and participating in fun and engaging activities.: Interested candidates must demonstrate capabilities with the following: Ability to build trusting, professional relationships with patients, families, caregivers and referral sources Professional demeanor in facilitating activities as scheduled on calendar Engaging with residents in small group activities Capacity to assess individual resident interests Willingness to assist residents with their personal preferences for daily activities Capable of collaborating with other departments to conduct meaningful resident engagement Prove interested in providing one-on-one time with residents Aide with documentation of assessments, participation records, and other information as required by department leader: Preferred areas of experience: Nursing Home Activities experience State Tested Nursing Assistant (preferred, not required):
