Activities Assistant/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) •SNF Sun City Center, FL 33573 Full-time Full-time Join our fun and friendly work environment! Opportunities for growth! Essential Job Duties 1.Assists with the planning, development, organization and delivery of quality activity programs within the facility. 2.Monitors resident behaviors, mental status and involvement in resident activities. 3.Documents resident progress, behavior, mood, etc., timely and accurately in charts. 4.Assists with discharge planning and implementation of activity care plans. 5.Arranges transportation for residents as needed.
