Activities Coordinator

Monza World Class Karting at Foxwoods Resort Casino is hiring Activities Coordinators to be the face of our facility. This is a front-of-house, customer facing role that requires a high-energy, outgoing personality. You will interact with guests non-stop by checking them in, answering questions, managing reservations, completing transactions and keeping the excitement level high. This role is not suited for someone who is shy or prefers minimal interaction. If you enjoy talking to people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can create a fun guest experience then this will be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities:

Greet and engage guests enthusiastically upon arrival Manage check-ins, waivers, reservations, and point-of-sale(POS) transactions Explain procedures, rules, and packages clearly and confidently to the guests Upsell races, memberships, and group packages when appropriate Answer phones and handle customer questions professionally Coordinate with track staff to keep operations running smoothly Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter area

Required Skills:

Outgoing, confident, and energetic personality Comfortable speaking to groups and engaging customers constantly Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a loud, fast-paced, high-energy environment Friendly, positive attitude with a professional appearance Reliable, Punctual, and team-oriented This role is not a good fit for individuals who are shy, quiet, or prefer limited guest interaction.
