Responsibilities Develop and implement a diverse calendar of events and activities that cater to our assisted living and memory care residents, from daily recreational programs to special themed events. Collaborate with other departments such as hospitality, food & beverage, and guest services to coordinate activities that complement overall community offerings. Handle guest inquiries related to activities and events with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Oversee activity equipment inventory, maintenance, and safety protocols to guarantee a secure environment for all participants. Maintain detailed records of event participation, feedback, and operational reports to continuously improve programming quality. Qualifications Proven experience in events management or hospitality roles within a resort or similar leisure environment. Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a positive atmosphere. Excellent customer service skills with a passion for guest engagement and creating memorable experiences. Knowledge of guest services standards and hospitality best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery. Experience in cash handling and managing budgets related to event operations is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
