Qualifications & Experience Sought:

Active Michigan Occupational Therapy license at the start date (please provide a current screenshot to confirm) School-based OT experience required, preferably with K-12 settings Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families Eagerness to adapt interventions to individual student needs and educational goals Dedicated to professional growth and supporting positive student outcomes

Role Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and deliver occupational therapy services to students identified with needs Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support educational programming Document evaluations and progress in accordance with district and professional standards Contribute to IEP meetings and help design student-specific intervention plans Engage with families to communicate progress and offer resources Maintain compliance with Michigan state and district guidelines Enjoy the advantage of a school-year schedule, making a difference with a respected student-focused team.
