Activities Director Revolutionizing Care DeliveryTM St. Luke North Canton, a premier residential, long-term, rehabilitation, and subacute care provider, is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Activities Director to join our team. About the
Role:
As our new Activities Director , you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging activities and programs that promote our residents' mental, physical, and emotional well-being. This is a full-time opportunity to join our interdisciplinary team and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and residents.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement activity programs for residents, including arts, crafts, games, outings, and other recreational activities Collaborate with other departments, including nursing, social services, and rehabilitation therapy, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care Conduct assessments to determine individual resident needs and preferences Create and manage activity schedules and budgets Supervise and evaluate activity staff, volunteers, and interns Maintain accurate records and reports of activities and resident participation Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process improvements
Requirements:
