Warranty Supervisor

Position Summary This position is responsible for supervising all aspects of the equipment and parts warranty process. Essential Functions Manage new equipment warranty registration Supervise warranty staff Maintain and communicate the definitions of the warranty period for all parts in the fleet maintenance software and in applicable reference material for all shops Ensure all parts are entered into the fleet maintenance software accurately and consistently across all shops Supervise the warranty claim process with internal customers and external vendors. Ensure that all tools are in place and being used to capture warranty and to enter parts correctly Create, code, file and manage warranty claims for both internal and external shops for tractors, trailer,, and all components Qualifications High school diploma; 3 years of related experience Strong attention to detail Strong PC skills and ability to adapt to a variety of software programs Effective organizational skills and a sound mechanical aptitude
