Job Summary:
Responsible for developing and implementing engaging activity programs that align with residents' needs, interests, and abilities. Collaborates with management and interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident well-being while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.Key Responsibilities:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs., stand, bend, walk, and perform physical tasks in a healthcare setting. Education and/orExperience:
Associate degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Meets state and federal requirements.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
