Activity Director

Activities Director Camp Quitcherbichin, Runaway Bay, TX Camp Quitcherbichin, a premier glamping resort located in beautiful Runaway Bay, Texas, is seeking a dynamic, creative, and passionate Activities Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing engaging recreational and social programs, along with the enthusiasm to deliver memorable experiences to our diverse guests.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and oversee daily recreational activities and special events for guests of all ages. Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and training for activity facilitators and support staff. Maintain accurate records of activity attendance, participant feedback, and inventory management. Develop and manage the activities department budget effectively. Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and protocols. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience. Continuously evaluate and improve activities based on guest feedback and trends.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience in recreation management, event planning, hospitality, or related field. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Creative mindset and enthusiasm for outdoor recreation and social activities.
