Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges Assist customers with product demos and answer questions about merchandise, promotions, or store services Upsell products and services to enhance guest satisfaction and meet sales goals Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is inviting and well-presented Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and basic retail math calculations Communicate effectively with team members and guests using professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Requirements Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse guest needs effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math concepts Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing displays in a grocery store or retail environment Comfortable performing product demos and upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing inventory counts Join us in creating a lively shopping environment where every guest feels valued!
