Work Experience Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active Maryland licensure (or eligibility) Experience in acute care, emergency medicine, surgery, or inpatient hospital-based practice strongly preferred Comfort working in high-pressure, rapidly evolving clinical environments Strong clinical judgment, procedural aptitude, and teamwork skills Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered surgical care All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
