Compensation and Benefits:

Pay ranges between $20-23/hr based on experience and qualifications. 5% increase for lifeguard certification + We will pay you to attend lifeguard training! Average of 15-25 hours per week. Role:

As an Adaptive Aquatics Instructor, you'll provide customized swim instruction designed to meet the individual needs of each swimmer. You'll create a safe, welcoming, and fun environment that fosters progress, builds confidence, and celebrates every milestone.

What You'll Do:

Teach adaptive swim lessons using the British Swim School curriculum and safety-first approach. Modify teaching techniques to support swimmers with a range of physical or developmental challenges. Build trust and strong relationships with students, parents, and caregivers. Track student progress and communicate updates in a positive, encouraging way. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized pool deck and teaching area.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with individuals with special needs (in aquatics, education, therapy, or childcare). A patient, compassionate, and energetic personality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Reliable, punctual, and a team player. British Swim School Instructor training provided - no competitive swim background required.
