Approximately 3
Months Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM•6:00
PM Pay Rate:
$20•30/hour (based on experience) About the Opportunity Ultimate Staffing Services is partnering with a top-tier Long Island law firm to identify a skilled Temporary Administrative Assistant to support their legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a highly respected firm known for its professionalism, collaborative culture, and commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence Assist with real estate transactions and/or estates & trusts documentation Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Handle filing systems (electronic and physical) with accuracy and confidentiality Answer phones, manage emails, and communicate with clients professionally Perform data entry and maintain case records and databases Support ad hoc projects as needed Qualifications Prior administrative experience in a law firm or legal environment required Experience with real estate law and/or estates & trusts strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional demeanor and client-focused attitude Why Join This Assignment?
