Administration - Client Admin Billing Rep#26-13008 Wood Dale, IL All On-site Job Description
Description/Comment:
This position researches billing discrepancies and assists with communication and resolution of errors Research billing discrepancies as requested by clients or sales reps Makes recommendations for resolution where adjustments are necessary Correspond with clients and/or sales reps Have an advanced working knowledge of applicable systems (Salestool, Salesforce, QTN, QIS, ESP, etc) and understand how they integrate Coordinate follow up Other duties as assigned Preferred work experience: 2 years experience in CLIENT account setup highly preferred Advanced proficiency in Salestool, Salesforce, QTN, QIS, ESP highly preferred
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products Attention to details Excellent written communication skills HSD or equivalent required

Upon the successful completion of the background check and drug screen, the submission of all Mindlance paperwork along with any client specific documents the associate will be cleared for their assignment. Once the start instructions are received, which is typically the Friday prior to the candidate's start date the associate will receive starting instructions from the account management team.
