Administrative Accounting Assistant

• Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Job Summary
• Responsible for managing customer credit, reducing financial risk, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Review customer creditworthiness and maintain credit limits + Monitor accounts, release holds, and reduce credit exposure + Follow up on overdue invoices and resolve payment issues + Negotiate payment arrangements and send monthly statements + Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records + Prepare aging, collections, and risk reports + Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams + Ensure compliance with company credit policies •Qualifications•+ 2+ years of credit & collections experience + Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or Business + Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills + Experience with Oracle, SAP, Excel, and accounting software + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment •

Pay:

• Rate of pay based on experience.
• Physical Requirements
