Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant position include but are not limited to: Performs various clerical, administrative and basic general duties including but not limited to data processing, record and file creation and maintenance, mail distribution, telephone reception, invoice processing and administrative support for department Demonstrates a solidmitment to all aspects of safety Demonstrates sound internal and/or external customer service Maintains a safe workplace for coworkers based upon knowledge of potential hazards and industry regulations/requirements. Independently anticipates and meets internal/external customer needs Possesses advanced knowledge of administrative activities, increases understanding of customer expectations, and improves job skills Provides excellent quality service to both internal and external customers Uses excellentmunication skills with good judgment Consistently anticipates and delivers results Proactively works to ensure knowledge is transferred to others Supports the departments administrative needs which includes maintaining of appointment calendars, meeting scheduling and various other responsibilities. Monitors workloads of other administrative assistants to ensure accuracy and efficiency Perform time keeping for bargaining employees (Payroll) Invoicing
Education/Certification Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Qualifications & Characteristics for this
Administrative Assistant:
3•6 years of Admin Assistant experience Proficient with MS Office Suite Co-Pilot AI experience a plus Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Stronganizational and time management skills Payroll time keeping experience Will be required toplete/pass a SASS assessment prior to interview As a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch. Pay Details:
$22.00 to $26.59 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program,muter benefits and a 401K plan.
