Work Schedule:
Fully onsite (5 days a week) Overview Seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support training operations, logistics, and classroom coordination across multiple learning programs. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate communications with trainees and stakeholders Schedule training sessions, send invitations, and manage LMS registrations Prepare and distribute training reports and performance data Compile data to support training improvements and reporting Ensure all training materials are prepared, printed, and available for sessions Set up training rooms and ensure all required technology is operational Manage catering logistics for training sessions Maintain accurate training records, including attendance tracking Support program evaluation collection and analysis Manage training sample inventory and ensure facility readiness Assist with overall training center operations and additional administrative tasks as needed Required Qualifications 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred) Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word Key Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work with urgency and manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer-service mindset with the ability to interact professionally across all levels Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable in ambiguous environments Strong problem-solving and time management skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
