Seeking a Hands-On Kitchen Manager to lead daliy culinary operations by the DoubleTree by Hilton Nanuet. This is a restaurant-driven role wit responsability for both a la carte service(PieBird) and banquet/catering production(primarily corporate and small events up to 200 guests).
