Job Description

Environmental Quality Assurance,Inc. is one of the largest, privately owned water purification companies in the state of Florida, and has been serving our customers since 1988. We continuously strive to remain a recognized industry leader in providing a superior level of customer service and maintain integrity by delivering quality products and services. We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in the Pinellas Park office. The person in this position will be a professional individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and follow up skills. An attitude of accountability and a pleasant and confident phone voice is a must! Your prior experience in an office environment will allow you to prosper in this opportunity. The ability to interact effectively with all types of people will position you for success in this position. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
  • Answer multiple phone lines
  • Data entry: Sales Logs, Service Data
  • Daily Computer backup
  • Record keeping, documentation and tracking
  • General office duties Qualifications include:
  • Minimum 1 year of office experience required
  • Previous phone based customer service, sales and/or lead generation experience preferred
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Versatile, detail-oriented and adaptable work ethic
  • Must be a team player with a positive "can-do" attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
