Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-driven Administrative Assistant to join our team onsite in Glenmont, New York. In this role, you will provide critical support to our accounting and finance operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. This is a contract position ideal for an individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys handling both administrative and financial tasks.
Responsibilities:
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes by accurately entering financial transactions.
  • Manage and organize invoices, receipts, and other financial documents within accounting systems.
  • Prepare detailed reports and spreadsheets to assist with financial analysis and decision-making.
  • Address inquiries from vendors and clients regarding billing and payment concerns.
  • Welcome visitors professionally and direct them to appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and provide administrative support to management and office staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records to ensure compliance and efficiency.
