PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY
The Administrative Assistant 2 (AA2) provides a full range of administrative support to the MS team in a professional and timely manner, as well as personalized support to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO). The AA2 assists with scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, meeting coordination and project support. Additionally, the AA2 ensures efficient daily operations by managing priorities and fostering effective communication across internal and external stakeholders. The AA2 works on a wide range of matters where strict confidentiality is expected, and professional appearance and attendance are essential. The AA2 exemplifies and champions CBC Core Values and Code of Conduct, and adheres to CBC policies and applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). To support ongoing development and organizational goals, the AA2 is required to attend meetings and training sessions, as assigned. This position may require working varied shifts, extended hours, weekends, and/or overtime to support operational needs. Regular full-time attendance is required during office hours. Qualifications
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED equivalent Associate's Degree, preferred
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years of executive administrative assistant or other senior-level administrative assistant experience Familiarity with healthcare environment, preferred
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally across all levels of the organization Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and adjust priorities proactively Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other meeting technologies (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Zoom) Ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize CBC-specific systems and applications Demonstrated professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions Collaborative, service-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills
PHYSICAL/MENTAL STRESS FACTORS
