Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for our Northeast, PA client. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, including experience with Excel, and be comfortable handling purchase orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management Utilize Excel for tracking, reporting, and data organization Create, process, and manage purchase orders Provide clerical support to office staff and management Answer phones and handle correspondence as needed Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of information
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with purchase orders required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and multitasking abilities Hours are M-F 8 am to 4 pm and pay is $20.00 hr to start.
