Job Description:
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential to maintaining efficient office functions and providing excellent internal support.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, scheduling, and document preparation. Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and provide general support to staff and clients. Maintain organized records, office supplies, and inventory. Assist with coordinating meetings, appointments, and internal communications. Prepare reports, update spreadsheets, and support various office projects as needed. Handle incoming/outgoing mail and maintain a clean, orderly office environment.
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Professional, dependable, and able to work independently.
